Items have never been worn.
I will not give refunds. If you do not like the product you are purchasing then stop before you even purchase it. If your not 100% satisfied with your item of purchase please contact me and we will try work something out so that you're happy.
If I've sent you the wrong item by mistake please contact me straight away and we will work something out so we can get the correct product out to you right away.
If your item has not arrived, please contact me right away! And I will let you know what is happening. If you've supplied me with the wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will contact you immediately asking you to supply me with the correct address.
The address you supply me along with contact details, will be used for nothing more than to contact you about your purchase and to post the item to you. Once the deal is 100% complete, your personal details will no longer be used by me.
For every item purchased you will receive a receipt via Paypal along with receiving a separate receipt, that will come with your order. This is just to help me keep track of everything.
